Terms of service

Last updated: 27/09/2026

1. Who you are contracting with

FixMyMesh is published and sold by Nicolas DOLEGIEVIEZ EI, SIRET 820 913 168 00044, 6 rue Desiree, 69001 Lyon, France, contact contact@clearcuteditions.fr. Buying a license means you accept these terms.

2. What you buy

A perpetual, non exclusive, non transferable license to use FixMyMesh, together with 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. After those 12 months, the versions you already have keep working for as long as you want. Renewal is optional and only buys access to newer versions.

  • Individual: one named user, on up to 2 machines at the same time.
  • Studio: 5 seats within one organisation, on up to 10 machines at the same time.

You may use FixMyMesh for commercial work, including client deliveries and assets sold on marketplaces. Reports produced by the software are yours.

3. What you may not do

  • Share, resell, rent or sublicense your license key.
  • Circumvent the licensing mechanism, or use the software beyond the number of seats bought.
  • Reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Redistribute the software, modified or not.

4. Activation

The license key is activated over the internet. Activation records a non reversible identifier for the machine, so the number of simultaneous machines can be enforced. You can release a machine at any time to free the seat. A key used beyond its terms may be suspended after we have contacted you.

5. What the software needs, and what it does not do

FixMyMesh drives third party software already installed on your machine, such as Blender, Unreal Engine, Godot and Unity. We do not distribute those programs, and your use of them is governed by their own licenses. Supported versions are listed on this site and change over time.

The software measures differences between your source file and what a target engine actually imported. It does not guarantee that an asset will behave identically in every engine, version, project setting or rendering pipeline, and a PASS result is not a warranty that a delivery will be accepted.

6. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros on the pricing page. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. An invoice is emailed after purchase.

7. Delivery

The license key is emailed immediately after payment. When the Windows build is published, a download link is emailed to the same address. If you bought before the build was published, this is stated clearly at checkout and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before you download it.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers in the European Union have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement, which you give at checkout. Our own refund practice is more generous than the law requires: see the Refunds.

9. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is. Nothing here excludes the legal guarantees owed to consumers under French law, including the legal guarantee of conformity. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

10. Support

Support is provided by email at contact@clearcuteditions.fr, in French or English, on working days.

11. Changes

These terms may change for future purchases. The version that applies to you is the one published on the day you bought.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence, and may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
